Know a stockbroker who trades with offshore clients?

I am having trouble finding a stockbroker who will deal with someone who is not in the US. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Sorry, please clarify. You're in what country ? And you're wanting to trade on the US Equity markets ?

    That is because IRS has launched a large scale investigation into offshore banking etc. Most stockbrokers do not want to be associated or not allowed to deal with offshore due to money laundering..Patriotic Act.
