How many years of college do i need to become a stockbroker? and what is a stockbroker?
You can do it without college, but you are asking someone to trust an inexperienced person with their money. I would suggest a degree in business/finance. To become a broker/dealer you must pass the FINRA series 7 test. It will take several weeks of intense study to get it done. I would assume that most brokerage firms are going to want that degree or at least some experince and seasoning so start there.
